Double-sided 500 µm stretch release tape for reliable bonding of components throughout the entire service life of a vehicle, with the added benefit of residue-free removal when required.
Our Bond & Detach® solutions offer the possibility of reworking high-quality components during the production process, thereby increasing process efficiency by reducing reworking time, effort, and scrap costs. In addition, tesa Bond & Detach® 76565 allows bonds to be separated during or after the service life of a vehicle, so that components can be repaired, reused, or recycled.
The stretch-release mechanism of our Bond & Detach® adhesive tape does not require additional heat, cold, or liquids that would compromise the surrounding materials, leaving clean and residue-free substrates. This allows for easy reuse of the bonded high-quality components. Our stretch release mechanism is suitable for sealing battery packs as well as cell and module assembly in the field of e-mobility.
Its high temperature, moisture and UV resistance enables its use in various automotive applications, such as display mounting, bonding in ADAS components and EV systems. The deep black colour eliminates the problem of light transmission and enables a discreet appearance in flexible designs as well as automated application.

We use this high-quality Bond & Detach® adhesive tape to produce adhesive tape or corresponding die-cut parts tailored to your individual requirements.
In addition to adhesive tape assembly, we are also able to apply self-adhesive coatings to films, fabrics and various other materials at our production site in Schleswig-Holstein.
Adhesive lamination enables us to produce unusual and sophisticated self-bonding die-cut parts for you.
Different material combinations, multi-layer structures and partial laminations are possible.
