We can offer you professional double-sided adhesive solutions made from high-performance adhesive tapes, which are individually tailored to your specific adhesive application.
In addition to adhesive tape converting, our production facility in Schleswig-Holstein is also capable of coating films, fabrics, and various other materials with double-sided adhesive.
Through adhesive lamination, we are able to produce even unusual and specialized self-adhesive materials and make them available at short notice. Various material combinations, multilayer structures, and partial laminations are possible.
For structural and load-bearing bonding applications, foam adhesive tapes and acrylic adhesive tapes--as well as individually converted self-adhesive die-cut parts-are particularly suitable due to their very high strength.

Properties/requirements of a self-adhesive product for double-sided bonding
Examples of properties:
- High initial tack
- Very good shear strength
- Excellent UV resistance (UV-stable)
- Compensation of gap tolerances and uneven surfaces
- Temperature resistance (e.g. suitable for continuous operating temperatures)
- Resistance to aliphatic solvents, greases, mineral oils, weak acids, and alkaline media
- Moisture stability
